Rodaggio del motore per il mio nuovo Claas Arion 420 CIS

Ho comprato un nuovo trattore uno Claas Arion 420 CSI, e io sono un po 'confuso su se sto facendo la pausa proprio in procedura di nuovi motori.

Le informazioni fornite dal manuale, il meccanico e il venditore sono un po 'contraddittorio quindi mi piacerebbe chiedere il vostro parere.

Il trattore è ottenuto solo 10 ore e l'unica cosa che ha fatto si sta caricando le balle con il caricatore frontale (tra 300 e 1600 kg) e mescolando con un carro unifeed (Seko 17 m3).

Il trattore è abbastanza potente per l'unifeed specialmente da quando faccio un mix secco, in modo non molto lavoro da lì. A causa di questo, io uso il 540 / ECO per il mix e io a 1300 giri / min del motore e 450 giri / min per il TDF. Pensi che gli giri molto basso per un nuovo motore? Alcune persone pensano che dovrei spingere più o sarà pigro in futuro, ma poi avrei bisogno di smettere di usare il marchio per la TDF come Seko ha cominciato a suonare veramente male quando passa i 450 giri / min.

Utilizzando la ECO è molto importante per me, come ho salvato un bel po 'di carburante con il mio vecchio Deutz Fahr dopo aver iniziato ad usarlo, ma non voglio fare una rodaggio cattivo motore in proprio per questo.

Il manuale dice:

-Il trattore è preso a max. 115 cavalli di potenza e max. 500 Nm di coppia.
-Il massimo. coppia viene raggiunta a 1300 giri / min e mantenuta fino a 1800 giri / min.
-La potenza a 1300 giri / min è di 91 cavalli di potenza. Questo dovrebbe essere più che sufficiente come il mio vecchio Deutz Fahr Agroplus aveva max. 85 cavalli di potenza ed è stato sufficiente per la unifeed.

The informations given by the manual, the mechanic and the seller are a bit contradictory so I'd like to ask your opinion.

The tractor is got only 10 hours and the only thing it's done is loading bales with the front loader (between 300 and 1600 kg) and mixing with a unifeed wagon (Seko 17 m3).

The tractor is far enough powerful for the unifeed specially since I make a dry mix, so not much work from there. Because of that, I use the 540 / Eco for the and I mix at 1300 rpm in the engine and 450 rpm for the TDF . Do you think that's very low rpm for a new engine? Some people think I should push it more or it will be lazy in the future, but then I would need to stop using the Eco for the TDF as the Seko starts to sound really bad after it passes the 450 rpm.

Using the Eco is quite important for me as I saved quite a lot of fuel with my old Deutz Fahr after starting using it, but I don't want to do a bad engine break in just because of that.

The manual says:

The tractor is got max. 115 horse power and max. 500 Nm torque.
The max. torque is achieved at 1300 rpm and maintained till 1800 rpm.
The power at 1300 rpm is 91 horse power. That should be more than enough as my old Deutz Fahr Agroplus had max. 85 horse power and it was enough for the unifeed.


Any advice?

Bene I'n ora mescolando in alternativa con ECO a 1300 giri / min e la prossima volta senza ECO a 1680 giri / min per fare un migliore rodaggio.

L'unica cosa è che il carro unifeed non sembra per caricare il motore a tutti. Se ho impostato a 1300 giri / min in ECO, quando il TDF è impegnato scende solo al 1290, e, senza la ECO, a 1680, la TDF non scende il numero di giri atutti.

Il manuale dice "durante il rodaggio, evitare di opere sotto carico". Non voglio fare alcun lavoro duro con essa fino marcia, quando si comincia la semina, e, da allora, sarà più di 120 ore e il rodaggio sarà finita. Ti
Penso che dovrei farlo lavorare di più prima che proprio per assicurare un rodaggio proprio in condizioni di carico con adeguata?

Well I'n now mixing alternatively with ECO at 1300 rpm and next time without ECO at 1680 rpm to make a better break in.

The only thing is that the unifeed wagon doesn't seem to load the engine at all. If I set it at 1300 rpm in ECO, when the TDF is engaged it only drops it to 1290, and, without the ECO, at 1680, the TDF doesn't drop the rpm at all.

The manual says "during the break in, avoid under load works". I won't be doing any hard work with it until march, when we start seeding, and, by then, it will be over 120 hours and the break in will be over. Do you think I should make it work harder before that just to assure a proper break in with proper load conditions?

ciao, credo che almeno un rodaggio misto deve essere fatto, cioè vuoi risparmiare carburante con i balloni va bene, ma poi fallo lavorare anche sotto carico tipo aratura a 2000-2200 giri, altrimenti poi il troppo lavorare sotto i 1500 si apre poco e quando ti serve la grinta, come schiacci dorme e gli viene la tosse perchè non è abituato a cantare. Anche per esempio fare trasporto leggere su strada per me non va bene, varia troppo il carico, ci vuole un carico costante ad un regime costante.
