I think workshop manual would be worth of diamonds.    Now i dont have even operators manual, not even sparepart catalog...  no any flow diagrams... no schematics... big slow down...  This must be rare tractos as only german prochure can be founded.. 

Have to follow from reverse pedal to wheels step by step, where power stops.   My feeling without any investigation would be:- some valve in hydraulic transmission.  Mechanically or Relay valve maybe change the flow direction in gear box and now it wont do it. Can be jammed valve if its mechanical linkage, or voltage missing from relay if its electronical. 

I really hope to find some manuals...

I think you should try and contact the company directly, sending them pics of your tractor with the number plate and the chassis number.

Done last week.   No any reply yet from manufacturer.   

Also have sent serial number for couple of official part dealer. One  try to get part catalog or manuals, but no replies from those either anymore. 

Does anyone know dismantlers of antonio carraro. I think this is so old machine that in professional use these have so big hours, that should be founded allready also from scrapyard.   

For me that language is big problem to find used parts.   Especially those motorcovers  what is in bad condition. 

If i have understand correctly  this tractor belongs to  serie 35  of antonio carraro range.

If you're in no rush to repair it, send me via private message few more pics, showing  the chassis number and the model. Anything that could be useful to correctly identify the machine.

Now machine unloaded.       Clutch is very  stiff...  need force to push it down.  and also Grabs fast.       

And it feels that Hydrostatic is completely  dead.    Machine moves like there is only mechanical transmission.   Mechanical gears works.   HST pedal dont do anything.   Immediately when clutch released machine moves forward like normal transmission tractor. throttle increse the speed.  somehow  force go trough HST  without any effect. 

it looks, that  filters are changed.     I will look at afternoon  what parts was inclueded.     I did found german language manual.  Dont understand anything but with translator  there reads "part 92  is microswitch to reverse gear".. But  there is no wiring diagram including, where that can be seen.   

4wd Lever was stiff.   Need to be greased atleast first.    I did not try it yet.

Now i did receive manual in English. 

There is lever 26.   "With this lever its possible to choose between Hydraulic transmission (both direction) and  mechanical gears only (forward/tractor position)"    yes... machine moves mechanically like lever is on mechanical gear position bun when i move to hydraulic side, tractor dont move.

 Some steps noticed,while moving lever.   

4wl lever moves, but  not good feeling on it.. maybe cable issue?? 

Also founded person, who was in accident...  was driving fullspeed from workplace to other workplace and car did hit behind 80km/h.    Head did broke windshield.  

Rear beams bended, radiator package and fan broken.  Motor sideplates bended, hood cracked. 

So.. now i need to hint where to start

I dont have facebook so My GF tried to Join  Original club antonio carraro that we could ask help,  but not accepted... ? 

 ok.. maybe sounds  strange if Finnish girl want to join italian tractor group  .  Someone can suspect something.      

 I did get  that English owners manual.    There was some wiring diagrams but also mentioned that   wiring diagrams in  "separate folder"    it was not inclueded. ?

Is it so that Antonio carraro forum dont have anyone who really understand these machines??? 

So main issues  once more shortly: 

1. Hydraulic transmission side is "dead"  Machine dont move at all lever in that HST position. ?    With mechanical side  gears working and it moves with all 4 gears

2 4wd is not working .  lever feels stiff.. could be cable  this is easier to test after HST works.  

3. Some parts missing. 

needing help.. 

1. -->  how to find/diagnose root causes

2. -->need instructions to repair maybe... 

3.--> need contact for dismantlers who have demolition parts  and 2nd. had parts for antonio carraros. 

4. Need 

-Wiring diagram

-Sparepart catalog

-Workshop manual

il mio progetto

 

1. Il lato della trasmissione idraulica è "morto". La macchina non si muove affatto la leva in quella posizione HST. ? La macchina laterale meccanica si muove con tutte e 4 le marce 

2 4wd non funziona. la leva sembra rigida .. potrebbe essere un cavo, questo è più facile da testare dopo che l'HST ha funzionato.

 3. Mancano alcune parti. 

ho bisogno di aiuto ..

 1. -> come trovare / diagnosticare le cause alla radice 

2. -> Ho bisogno di istruzioni per riparare forse ... 

3 .--> necessità di contatto per demolitori che hanno parti da demolire e parti di seconda mano per antonio carraros. 

4. Necessità - Schema elettrico - Catalogo ricambi - Manuale officina

chiedo quì in quanto mi pare che sia il 3d più  trattato...è vero che con gli attuali incentivi le aziende che acquistano trattori nuovi abbattono del 50% i costi del nuovo mezzo? chiedo in quanto ho visitato più di un rivenditore per una macchina usata e mi hanno  detto: comprala nuova che ti viene a costare poco più dell'usato...se è vero il mercato dell'usato è finito...oppure avrà almeno un forte calo

I think have to check hst servovalve first if its working. Need adapters for pressure gauge and hydraulic diagrams or have to follow pipes.  

4 pipe. Connected to block. 

 I assume ??? 

Pressure from pump

Free flow to tank

To hst  front direction

To hst  Rear direction

If piston dont move or  leak through to tank  its enough that tractor wont move.   

Lifting arms moving, steering works so there is atleast some pressure

Cerco ricambi antonio carraro Supertrac 8400 HTM  2005        Guarda foto. Preferisci il pacchetto direttamente dal trattore da demolizione.

Anyone know   Where to ask used parts?????? Please send me  contact info or send my contact info to owner who are  breaking similar tractor to spareparts.

 

Reverse gear ok now.    addded  15L oil to rear differential.    so now moving forward+reverse.

Found that  clutch housing cast part between motor and differential.  is broken (cracked)  so need to take engine out and same time replace clutch  kit

Would be best, if used broken supertrac can be founded and dismantle needed  parts straight from that.  

New bodypanels and support pieces would be  so expensive, that no sense to buy new ones.

tonicci, I think that it would be easier for you and also less expensive to find a proper panel beater or a blacksmith

near you place to rebuild the missing body panels that you need. regards.

I have pullmax p5   and have built 50 cars..  ?

I have start to repair old panels allready. I did cut those support flatbars from inside. panels now about straight and about flat.    

But all support constructions grids, light boxes exhaust covers missing so  would be nice to find broken tractor, where possible to buy parts. 

Critical parts ordered from ac  to make it driving and working  condition.

tonicci, I gave a look on subito but  it is very difficult not to say impossible to find those used spare parts. they sell for instance a full cabin for euro 3800 ( more or less ), but i found nothing else.  Having said that, it is forbidden also for us to put an announcement for a third party.

In facebook is also 2 groups for AC  but i dont have facebook ant they did not accept my gf  to group.. 

Someone must have dismantling object burned, broken chassis etc.. as those are not the "most long living" tractors in the world.  but  seems to be damn hard to find... 

I have seen in google max 2 other supertracs in finland. I assume both still in use. 

Ofcourse many times if you put

-wanted announce, cheaters start to sent messages..."  i have, no chance to sent photo, but please pay and you ged those..." ?

I will look those pages.... i think best chance to find the parts is, if someone  here knows someone, who have  this kind of machine behind barn..   

And then have to write in english and close away 70%  of people ?

I assume this supertrac is bit more used as communal tractor  like in parks and cities.  Maybe less in mountains and farms.  Atleast those couple ac here.   

I have ask dealer to check prices also for these body parts, but i almost can guarantee that those cost same than what is value of tractor. Even, if ac have parts collecting dust in storage.   

I believe at the end this tractor looks quite custom  model.?  friend allready did promise to make light boxes from aluminium tear drop plate. 

I fit then leds on those. 

I think in 2 weeks i receice clutch housing, clutch kit as housing need to be replaced, windshield, filters, etc...  then it is driving condition. 

Old tractor is allready sold and need to transport it for new owner in one month.
